The approach

Your swing is only as good as your body lets it be.

Most swing faults start with a physical limitation, like tight hips, a stiff upper back or weak glutes. I use the TPI screen to find those limits, correct them with hands-on work and corrective exercise, then build the power your game needs. I'm happy to work alongside your golf pro.

This is for you if…

  • You want more distance and clubhead speed
  • Your back, hips or elbow hurt during or after a round
  • You've plateaued despite lessons and practice
  • You want to keep playing well for decades
What is TPI?

If you don't assess, it's just a guess.

TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) studies how the body functions in the golf swing. Its philosophy: there is one most-efficient way for each player to swing, based on what they can physically do.

The TPI screen is a set of movement tests that shows what your body can and can't do, and how that shows up in your swing. That's where every FlexFit golf plan starts.

Questions

Good to know.

Ask me anything →
Do you teach swing mechanics?

No. I work on your body so you can make the swing your pro is teaching. I'm glad to coordinate with them.

Do I need to be a low handicap?

Not at all. Golfers of every level benefit, from beginners to competitive players.

Where do sessions happen?

Your home, a private studio, your gym, or near your club if that works better.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes you can move in. If we're working on swing movements, bring a club.
