Strong for
the long run.
Longevity-centered, one-on-one training that keeps you strong, mobile and injury free, delivered to your home, a private studio, or your gym.
Training that fixes before it loads.
Every program starts by finding what's out of balance. As a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, I address the tight, weak or compensating areas first, then build strength on top of a body that moves well. The goal is fighting the natural decline of aging and staying able to do what you love.
This is for you if…
- You want to stay strong and independent as you age
- You've been hurt before and want to train without setbacks
- You want a coach who comes to you and holds you accountable
- Generic gym programs never felt like they were built for you

Do I need equipment at home?
No. I can bring what we need, or we can train at a private studio or your gym.
I have an old injury. Can I still train?
Yes. That's exactly what the corrective approach is for. For anything acute, check with your doctor first.
How many sessions a week?
Two to three a week is ideal for most people, but we build around your schedule.
What happens in the first session?
A movement assessment, a talk about your history and goals, and your first workout.
